A new leading team of the International Stevia Council (ISC) was elected during the General Assembly in Stockholm, Sweden. Zanna McFerson from Cargill, Elizabeth, NJ, was appointed as the new president of the ISC. In addition, Carl Horn from Real Stevia, Stockholm, Sweden, was appointed vice president and Sebastian Winkelhaus from Verdure Science, Noblesville, IN, was named treasurer. The Board of the ISC also includes Larry Fernandes of Ingredion, Westchester, IL, and Jordi Ferre from PureCircle, Oak Brook, IL.
